Typically my coaching agreements last for six to ten sessions over a 6 to 12 month period but are highly dependent on individual needs and may be shorter or longer as you require. Each session can vary from 1-2 hours to suit and at the outset a free chemistry session is included to ensure that there is a good understanding about the aims for the coaching, how best to work together and am I the right coach for you. When coaching is sponsored by a business, I also recommend a three way discussion with your line manager to gain further clarity on the aims and to ensure lasting support for actions once the coaching is complete. I can meet F2F in the London region and home counties or by Skype/Zoom video call as necessary. In between sessions I can also be available to contact and I offer 360 degree feedback and Occupational Personality Profiling if requested.
Executive Coaching is in the context of your current or future leadership role and your business relationships and performance. It is an individualised process that builds a leader's capacity to achieve short- and long-term organisational goals and includes preparation for transitions in role or organisational structure, changes in career direction, or implementation of new strategies/ways of working. You can choose to seek and use feedback from colleagues and line manager as inputs and measures of progress where appropriate.
One to one coaching for individuals who have a passion and commitment to change, to fulfil ambitions by releasing their potential and performing at their best more often. The coaching programme is tailored to the needs and goals of the individual and is always aimed and generating greater self awareness and choice.
Team Coaching for teams who want to find effective ways of working together to achieve specific goals and objectives through becoming a high performing team. I work with leaders to develop bespoke Leadership Programmes, deliver the workshops and provide an anchoring service to follow up and embed the outputs from the programme. Team coaching enables the team to maximise its potential in service of the organisation and the individuals' development and delivery.
